Background and Career:
Mark was appointed CEO of Motorpoint Limited in May 2013 following two years as Chief Finance Officer. He has 17 years’ experience in motor retail and was previously Finance Director of Sytner Group from 2005 to 2010. Prior to this, Mark was with Andersen, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He was appointed to the Board of Motorpoint Group plc in May 2016.

Background and Career:
Chris was appointed to the Board of Motorpoint Group plc in January 2021. Chris was formerly Group Finance Director at Speedy Hire Plc and brings a wealth of multi-site retail, financial and listed company experience. Prior to this, Chris held senior finance leadership positions at Go Outdoors and Tesco.

Jon is one of our longest serving team members, starting at Motorpoint just after our doors opened at our first site. He led our online and call centre teams for over two decades revolutionising the way cars were purchased from the traditional face to face offering, to the full omnichannel solution we have today.

Background and career:
Before joining Motorpoint, Andrew spent over 6 years at boohoo Group as Group Ecommerce Director where he managed multiple teams across Trade, Product Merchandising, Design, UX and Analytics. Having joined the business in 2015 to work exclusively on the boohoo brand, his role quickly expanded to include 12 household names in pure play fast fashion. Prior to boohoo Group, Andrew held senior roles including Group Digital Director at Pentland Group where he worked with global brands such as Lacoste and Speedo.

Background and career:
Before joining Motorpoint, Kal spent 3 years with Dreams Beds as COO, responsible for supply chain, manufacturing, PMO, Health & Safety and trading their Feather & Black brand. He supported the executive team in the successful sale of the business from its PE backed owners in August 2021 to Tempur Sealy International. Prior to this, Kal held roles with Steinhoff International (MD for their Harveys furniture brand), DHL (VP operations), building his career prior to these appointments with Home Retail Group, Yodel, Comet & Tesco’s.

Background and career:
Tom joins Motorpoint from Alliant Energy, where he was CIO responsible for technology, data, cyber and physical security. He led multiple teams in delivering innovative technology and capabilities for the business and customers. Before Alliant Energy, Tom held leadership roles in the US and UK with roles at Sainsbury’s (CTO, Customer Experience), Argos (CIO), and Tracfone (SVP, Technology). Progressing his career prior to these appointments, Tom held leadership roles at Sears Holdings and Amazon.
